The Promesh® Obturator is composed of a polypropylene prosthesis (knitted or non-woven) and a knitted obturator.
  • This knitting is run resistant.                                  
  • The prosthesis has a very high mechanical resistance.
  • The obturator has a tab in its center allowing its prehension with forceps and the direct introduction into the hernia sac.
